What is the best brand of perfume that you have experienced with your dog? What is the best odor shampoo for a lab that will resist odor?

I have never used perfume on a dog, and I really didn't know that there was a special type of scent for them. That's not so surprising though, considering how common it is becoming to treat your pets like small people. I think my dog smells just fine for now. . .

Heck I never knew that there was perfumes for dogs either. I would think that perfumes might irratate their skin. Has anyone on here ever used any?

Actually when ever me and the pooch, I had in college, would go out for an evening, I would squirt her with what I was wearing. My boyfriend loved it. She was a German Shepard!

I wonder if there are any side effects to the perfume? That would be horrible, if it caused some type of irritation or something. I still can't believe that they actually have doggy perfume!

That would be terrible! I do wonder now, if it would cause some kind of skin rash if you used regular perfume instead of perfume made for dogs?
