I read about this yesterday! I wonder what it would feel like to be a part of her family who didn't get any movie? I heard that she completely snubbed two of her grandchildren. I wonder what her other grandchildren did to get left out of the will?

It doesn't surprise me that she might not have left her money to anyone in her family. From what I have heard she was a very vain and selfish women. But to leave that kind of money to a dog to me is ridiculous, especially if you have family. I love my dogs like the next person but I will not leave them money that is for sure.

I love my puppy too, but there's no way I would leave that much money to him! It really is insane that she wanted to do such a thing, but hey, it's her money. I'm sure she had her reasons, no matter what how weird they may have been.

I think she was a very vain and very self absorbed person. I love my dog, but what is he going to do with cash? I wonder who she appointed care taker of her dog, that person must be living the life. And what happens to the money if the dog dies?

Wow that is completely absurb!  I could understand if you really want to leave a couple thousand or so to the brother to take care of the dog and whatnot and then split the rest between her grandchildren.  Just the fact that she left nothing to 2 of her 4 grandchildren is awful.

It might be really selfish that she left nothing to two of her children, and limited the benefits to her other grandchildren, but that was her decision. Just because they are her family doesn't mean she has to leave them anything, and she chose to benefit her dogs. Maybe she just didn't have a good relationship with her family, or maybe they didn't deserve any money. I guess we'll never know the full story.

That being said, I would never leave that much money to my dogs, and I think what she did was pretty crazy.
