After months following the recall, do you really think the dog food staple is alright to buy? Do you think they have fixed the problem with the food? I truly believe there is still food out there that hasn't been pulled off of the shelf. What do you think?

I am not sure but I would think that they have gotten most of the bad stuff off of the shelf by now. But who knows if there will be another one or not? It seems like everytime you turn around there is something being recalled.

I have been thinking of switching to homemade dog food, because I am scared of more pet food disasters. One of my professors had a cat die due to the pet food being contaminated.

I have been making my own for about a year. heavy on the carbs, but lots of ground protein too. I do use table scraps too. I save everything.
